Liquid Descent is a family owned and operated Business. We are experienced river professionals who are passionate about providing you with a fantastic river experience. You will notice our attention to detail in every aspect of our operation as you enjoy the best recreation Colorado has to offer.

We love running rivers and cherish the opportunity to share the experience with others. Liquid Descent strives to provide customers with a fun, safe, and unforgettable river adventure. Our guides are experienced river runners trained in First Aid & CPR, and Swiftwater Rescue Techniques. We adhere to the Leave No Trace principles, and promote environmental conservation and awareness so that future generations can enjoy the great outdoors.

Our philosophy is that the single most influential factor on a customers river experience is their guide. At Liquid Descent we hire only the most experienced and personable guides from all over the world. Our guides are skilled river runners who love their jobs and are excited to share a river adventure with you.  Our high standard of customer service and the professionalism of our employees will leave you with an experience you will cherish for years to come.

Why Choose Liquid Descent

Safety

	- All guides are trained in First-Aid and CPR. All class IV and V guides are Swiftwater Rescue Technicians. All guides are knowledgeable in the local history, geology, and ecology.
	- We utilize safety kayakers in order to further protect our customers

Gear

	- Liquid Descent uses high performance rafts with foot cones installed in every seat to help keep you in the boat.
	- All guests are outfitted with type “V” coastguard approved PFD’s (personal flotation device).
	- Wet suits, fleece jackets, splash jackets, helmets, are all included in the price (not the case with most outfitters).
	- Neoprene booties for rent $3
	Our gear is top of the line and in great condition. We wash the gear after every trip so there is no smelly old faded orange life jackets here.

Photography

- We use utilize helmet cameras, video cameras, and still photography to produce the highest quality souvenirs for your trip. All of our photography is in house and is the best value on the river (please compare us).
