What should I wear?

Quick drying clothes, footwear that will stay on your feet (no flip flops), and sunscreen. We provide wetsuits, splash jackets, helmets and the option to rent wtsuit booties for $3

When should I show up?

You should arrive at the time listed on your confirmation. So if you purchased the 12:00pm trip, that is the time you show up.

Should I tip my guide?

If you think your guide made a difference in your trip, then guides will greatly appreciate your tips. Rafting is a service industry and river guides depend on your tips to live their lavish lifestyles!

Cancellation policy?

A full refund minus a10% booking fee will be issued on all cancelations 7 days or greater before the trip date. No refunds will be given within 7 days of your trip.

Do you offer group discounts?

Groups of 10 or more get 10% off, larger groups recieve even more discounts. Call for details.

Do I have to sign a waiver?

Yes, every participant (and guardian if individual is under the age of 18) is required to sign an  Acknowledgement of Risk and Release of Liability Agreement.
